Vacuous' monstrous debut mini-album "Katabasis" sees a vinyl reissue via Sentient Ruin after its limited first pressing sold out shortly after its original 2021 release.

With this release the London, UK-based death horde refined its dismal and pulverizing dark death metal sound, using influences from bands like Incantation, Immolation, and Autopsy to forge an unseen weapon of sonic terror.

"Katabasis" immediately established Vacuous as a rising unholy force in UK underground extreme metal, securing the band a cult following in their home country and eventually a debut full-length release deal via Dark Descent Records and Me Saco Un Ojo.
