HEADHUNTER - Parody Of Life CD

Headhunter was founded in 1989 under the name Curse after Schmier was fired from Destruction. They recorded a 6-song demo in 1989/90, all of the tracks later being re-recorded for the "Parody of Life" debut album. They released three albums and toured Germany and Japan before splitting up in the mid-'90s. And Schmier rejoined Destruction. ‘Parody is Life’ was their debut album from 1990. The line-up was: Schmier: Vocals, Bass (Destruction), Jörg Michael: Drums (Stratovarius, Running Wild, Rage, Saxon) and Schmuddel: Guitars (from 80’s cult German metal band Talon). Guest (lead) Guitars by Kai Hansen (Helloween, Gamma Ray, Iron Savior). Engineered, recorded, mixed and produced by Kalle Trapp (Blind Guardian, Destruction, Kreator).Engineered by Piet Sielck (Blind Guardian, Grave Digger, Gamma Ray).
