Themes of triumph, betrayal, and the cyclical rise and fall of empires permeate through every passage creating an atmosphere both majestic and foreboding, where glory and tragedy clash like bloodied steel with reverence toward a world fading into legend.

At its core the album is a sonic battery blending the signature sounds one should be familiar with when thinking of classic melodic black metal. ‘Morning Nautical Twilight’ takes this musical style a few steps further, bringing elements of cinematic narrative storytelling with touches of power, prog, death and dungeon synth.
